The Moorings Monhegan
High and Low Moorings are two comfortable rental homes below the Monhegan Lighthouse overlooking the ocean and harbor. There are superb views from the many decks. The interiors are spacious and fully furnished. The Moorings Season is June 7 through September 27, 2008. NO PETS. Smoking is not allowed. Mature Guests, 18 and over.

HIGH MOORING is a 2-story furnished home with queen and single bedrooms and an option to include a third bedroom as a guest room. It includes linens, and has a washing machine and a woodstove. It has a bath and a half.
LOW MOORING has 2 bedrooms (double), an optional guest bedroom (single), and a loft bedroom for visitors. It has one bath with shower. It is fully furnished and includes linens, washing machine, and woodstove.
2008 Season: June 7 - September 27
A 2-week minimum rental period required. Rental for the 2 weeks is $2,500. A non-refundable deposit of $400 holds your reservation. On June 1 the balance of the rent is due. Rental for a month is $4,000. A non-refundable deposit of $500 holds your reservation. On June 1 the balance of the rent is due. Occupancy for High Mooring is 3 mature guests, maximum 4. Occupancy for Low Mooring is 4 mature guests.
