It shows the sheep meadow, village, and those buildings that have given Monhegan its identity: The Island Inn, Carina, The Lupine Art Gallery, and other out buildings of the Island Inn. The people in front of the Lupine Gallery are on a piece of land upon which all visitors to the Island must walk.
