THE MOORINGS NEW HARBOR IS FOR ADULTS WHO DESIRE A QUIET, RESTFUL STAY. CHILDREN MUST BE YOUNG ADULTS, 18+. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

Traditionally rental weeks have run Saturday to Saturday. However, depending on availability, we will now change the weekly arrival day to accomodate our guests.
ONE WEEK RENTAL: A $300 non-refundable deposit reserves your apartment until June 1 whereupon we will charge you and/or your credit card the balance of the rent due. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable.
TWO WEEKS OR MORE: A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your apartment until June 1 whereupon we will charge you and/or your credit card the balance of the rent due. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable.
GUEST FEE: $25 per night per person.
There is a 7% lodging tax mandated by the State of Maine.
MC/VISA accepted.
Check In is 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Let us know if your arrival will be after 4PM.
Check Out is 10:00 AM.
Rental includes the following:
Indoor heated pool (30x50) with sun deck and enclosed Hot Tub with shower (towels provided). Tennis Court (racquets and balls available on request).
Billiards Room. To insure the privacy and tranquility of our guests, the pool, hot tub, tennis court and billiards room hours are 9AM to 9PM.
Each furnished apartment includes: plates, glasses, wine glasses, serving dishes, utensils, colander, pots and pans, microwave, electric coffeemakers (filters included), limited paper products, toaster, hair dryer and iron (on request), cotton sheets and pillowcases, pillows, blankets and towels. Wireless internet, Time Warner Cable, DVDVCR player, central heating, gas fireplace and deck with retractable awnings. There are no interruptions by housekeeping. After occupancy, you are on your own although we are on premises managers and are available to take care of unforeseen problems.
A complimentary washer and dryer are available for all guests.
Charcoal grills and tables are located in the gazebos and wooded picnic area.
The Community Room offers wireless internet and a guest telephone (677-3258) with 24-hour message answering. We also have exercycle and theracycle exercise machines. There is ample parking on our grounds.

A LITTLE HISTORY
We acquired remarkable historic houses dating from the end of the Civil War. We found these antiquities desperately in need of rehabilitation. Carefully and responsibly we restored these magnificent examples of 19th and 20th century architecture while complementing with gardens, grounds and outbuildings. All rehabilitation was approached with a discipline uncompromising in retaining the original character and detail while adapting to a 21st century use. Primarily a labor of love, we are now able to offer a rare opportunity to experience historicity while luxuriating in the natural beauty and tranquility of this 22-acre estate-like spot with picture postcard views of the most photographed lobstering harbor in Maine.
